颈前路钢板系统在颈椎肿瘤手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨颈椎前路带锁钢板系统在颈椎肿瘤手术治疗中的应用价值。方法：对8例颈椎肿瘤患者采取前路椎体切除术、自体髂骨植骨以及颈椎前路带锁钢ORLON内固定手术治疗。结果：8例患者得到8～21个月随访，平均12、5个月，2.9～4．3个月内所有植骨均骨性融合，平均融合时间3．4个月，瘫痪患者神经功能均有不同程度恢复，1例术后出现短暂声嘶，1例术后出现吞咽困难，无钢板螺钉断裂、松动或脱出及其他并发症。结论：颈椎前路带锁钢板系统在手术切除颈椎椎体和肿瘤后能提供即刻稳定性，有利于促进神经功能的恢复。Objective： To explore the application value of anterior cervical plate system in the treatment of cervical spinal tumors. Methods： Eight cases of cervical spinal tumors were treated by anterior vertebrectomy, tumor resection,auto-lilac bone graft and internal fixation with ORLON anterior cervical plate system. Results： All patients were followed-up for an average period of 12.5 months （ranging, 8-21 months）, the bone-grafts have obtained a solid fusion within 2.9-4.3months （mean 3.4 months） after operation. Neurological function of those paraplegia patients recovered in different degrees. One patient had transient hoarse voice due to laryngeal nerve traction injury. One patient had transient dysphagia due to esophagus traction injury. No plate or screw was loosed or broken. Conclusion： ORLON anterior cervical plate system is an ideal choice for internal fixation after anterior vertebrectomy and tumor resection,It can provide stability instantly and promote neurological function to recover.
