摘 要:目的:探讨接种途径对小鼠林生地霉感染的影响。方法:制备林生地霉细胞悬液,分别通过皮下、腹腔及静脉注入免疫抑制的昆明小鼠体内,观察各组小鼠感染后死亡情况。取其脏器组织做林生地霉培养,计算组织载菌量。结果:三种接种途径比较,其小鼠的死亡率和组织载菌量均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。脾脏的组织载菌量在腹腔、静脉接种组分别为(134.40±22.56)个/mg、(174.67±24.71)个/mg,均高于其他脏器(P<0.05)。结论:通过皮下、腹腔及静脉注射林生地霉均可致小鼠发生系统性感染,不同的感染途径其致病力不同。脾脏是林生地霉最易感染的脏器。Objective: To investigate the influence of inoculation routes on murine Geotrichum silvicola infection. Methods: Conida suspensions of Geotrichum silvicola were prepared and inoculated into mice through intradermal, intraperltoneal and intravenous routes, respectively. The mortality was observed after infection by Geotrichum silvicola. All of the survival mice were killed after observation and the organs of heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney were obtained. The organs were recultured for Geotrichum silvicola and the load of Geotrichum silvicola was counted. Results: There was a statistically significant difference in death rate of mice and tissue load of fungi among the three groups ( P 〈 0.05). The load of fungi was higher in spleen tissue than other organs in each group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Condusion: Geotrichum silvicola can cause murine systemic infection through intradermal, intraperitoneal and intravenous routes. Different infection routes can cause different pathogenicity. Spleen was the most involved organ in Geotrichum silvicola infection.
