“住院一日清单”在儿科病房中的实施与效果

摘　　要：目的满足儿科病人及其家属的知情需求,提高儿科病房的护理质量。方法在儿科病房宾施"住院一日清单",使病人及其家属了解费用情况,并在具体应用过程中随时总结经验,采取相应的管理措施加以改进。结果经过实施有效的管理措施,使得"住院一日清单"在儿科病房中的应用取得较好效果,使病人清楚、明白消费,提高了病人满意度,规避了因费用引发的护患纠纷。结论 "住院一日清单"的合理、有效应用,有利于病人了解住院费用,减少护患纠纷,提高病人满意度。Objective To satisfy the parents＇ informed demands and improve the quality of nursing in pediatric ward. Method The system of daily list of medical charge was implemented in pediatric ward and further improved constantly through summarizing experience and taking corresponding management measures. Result This practice made the parents know the medical charge clearly, which increased patients＇ satisfaction and prevented medical disputes due to medical charge. Conclusion The rational and effective implementation of daily list of medical charge can make the patients know the medical charge clearly,redcue nursing dispotes and increase patients＇ satisfaction.
