摘　　要：通过汶川抗震救灾接近实战的实践和尝试,对以医疗方舱为依托的野战医院的配置地域、人员编配、物资保障、方舱的保障能力及军地资源整合等方面的问题进行了探讨。提出了地域靠前配置;方舱编配复合型人才;提高人装结合的效能;军地资源及时整合;多渠道获得物资保障等观点。为战时提高卫生营的快速反应和应急救治能力,增强战时卫勤保障能力提供了经验。In this paper, the author explored how to make the field hospital carrying the medical shelter deploy rapidly, exert the shelter effect and possess the first - aid ability quickly under the condition of modern war and sudden natural calamity. In the aid for Wenchuan earthquake, we tested and investigated the problems about the deployment terrain of the field hospital, personnel configuration, material guarantee, and cabin support ability and integration of military and civil resources. We proposed the idea that the field hospital should be located more nearer to the earthquake center, complex talent person is needed for the shelter, the efficiency of person and instrument cooperation should be improved, the military and civil resource should be integrated in time and material supply should have multiple ways. The firs application of field medical cabin could provide the experience for improving the first -aid ability and rapid reaction velocity of the military medical battalion, and also benefit to buildup the medical command ability during war.
