医院机动卫勤分队自救互救技术考核分析

摘　　要：目的:通过对医院机动卫勤分队自救互救技术考核结果的分析,提出训练中存在的问题,规范自救互救训练,增强应急保障能力。方法:考核对象为12支医院机动卫勤分队的267名卫生专业人员,对接近伤员的战术动作、止血、包扎、固定、应用伤标、搬运、救治顺序、救治观念、完成时间等9项技术进行考核。结果:成绩优秀53名,占19.9%,良好191名,占71.5%,及格23名,占8.6%,无不及格者。扣分人数前5位的是止血、救治顺序、包扎、搬运和固定,而完成时间、伤标使用、救治观念、战术动作等项目扣分人数均不足10%。结论:医院机动卫勤分队自救互救训练情况较好,队员对自救互救的要领基本能够掌握。进一步的训练要结合对自救互救认识的提高,认真研读教材,严格训练、严格考核。Objective： To analyze the examination outcomes of first aid including self - aid and each - other - aid for hospital＇s mobile medical support teams so as to find out the problems in the training, standardize the first - aid training and strengthen the service ability to emergency response. Methods：A total of 267 medical members from 12 hospital＇s mobile medical support teams were enrolled as examinees. Nine items of first -aid skills, such as access to the wounded, bleeding control, dressing, fixation, carrying, and so on, were involved in the examination. Results： The final scores of the examinees were classified into four classes from A to D in descending order, among which class D was the only one standing for ＂not passed＂. As a result, 53 （19.9%） examinees were evaluated as class A, 191（71.5% ） as class B, and 23（8.6% ） as class C. None was evaluated as class D. The five leading reasons for score loss consisted of bleeding control, first - aid sequence, dressing, carrying and fixation. The percentage of the examinees who lost scores for the other skills was lower than 10%. Conclusion： It is deemed that the first - aid training of the hospital＇s mobile medical teams is approved, for the examinees have mastered the basic outlines of first aid. Furthermore, the routine training ought to be carried out in combination with deep understanding of first - aid.
