摘　　要：医院价值链包括基本价值活动和支持价值活动。基本价值活动包括医疗设备、门诊治疗、临床治疗、病案管理和咨询服务;支持价值活动包括医院管理、科研教学、人力资源管理和采购等。医院价值链的价值体现在对知识的拥有和使用,主要是医疗服务的各个环节。The value chain of hospitals includes the basic value activity and the support value activity. The medical equipment, outpatient and clinic treatment, the case management and the consulting service are included in the basic value activity. Meanwhile, the hospital management, scientific research and teaching, human resources management and material purchasing are included in the support value activity. The value of the value chains of hospitals is represented on the possession and use of knowledge mainly on each segment of medical treatments. By researching on the value chain of hospitals, the management level of hospitals could be improved.
