摘 要:目的:研究禁止交媾对成年雄鼠阴茎勃起组织超微结构的影响并初步探讨其机制。方法:12只成年雄性昆明小鼠随机分为对照组和实验组(禁止交媾组),采用性行为试验观察各组雄性小鼠阴茎勃起功能,采用透射电镜观察勃起组织超微结构变化,采用免疫组化技术和Westernblotting技术检测阴茎勃起组织iNOS表达变化。结果:禁止交媾60d后成年雄性小鼠阴茎勃起功能下降,阴茎近端勃起组织的有髓神经纤维脱髓鞘改变,勃起组织iNOS表达水平增高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:禁止交媾可能通过上调勃起组织iNOS表达引起神经纤维病变,进而影响阴茎勃起功能。Ohjetive: To investigate the effect of copulation abstinence on ultrastructure of penile erectile tissue and to explore its mechanism preliminarily. Methods: Twelve male Kunming adult mice were randomly divided into control group and copulation abstinence group. Sexual behavior test was used to detect erectile function of male mice. The ultrastructural changes of erectile tissue was studied by transmission electron microscope. Immunohistochemistry technique and Western blotting were used to detect the iNOS expression changes in erectile tissue. Results: The erectile function of adult male mice declined after 60 d copulation abstinence. Moreover, demyelination in myelinated nerve fibers were observed in erectile tissue of proximal penis, iNOS expression amount in erectile tissue of copulation abstinence group was much more than that in control group, P〈0.01. Conclussion: Copulation abstinence might up-regulate iNOS expression in erectile tissue which resulted in myelinated nerve fiber lesion. This may be related to erectile dysfunction.
