三种宫内节育器使用5年临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的：选择适合本地区育龄妇女使用的IUD。方法：根据育龄妇女的身体状况，随机为652例育龄妇女放置了高支撑、宫Cu、不锈钢宫型IUD三种宫内节育器，并进行了5年前瞻性临床效果对比性研究，采用生命表法计算带器妊娠率、脱落率、因症取出率、临床有效率。结果：适合本地区育龄妇女使用的IUD分别是高支撑、宫Cu、不锈钢宫型IUD。Objective： To find out the IUD suitable for the local women of child-beating age. Methods： Putting 3 intrauterine devices high support, Cu and stainless steel IUD to 652 cases of women of child-bearing age and making a comparison analysis on their effects for 5 years. Calculating expulsion rate, rate with IUD, removal rate and clinical effctive rate by life table method. Results： The IUD suitable for the local women of child-bearing age are high support, Cu and stainless steel IUD respectively.
