摘　　要：论述了草原文化建设对草原生态系统可持续发展的积极意义、草原文化建设是提高人对草原生态系统可持续发展认知价值的重要手段、草原文化建设对草原资源环境资本的替代作用。The significance of grassland culture construction in sustainable development of the grassland ecologic system was discussed,grassland culture construction was the important ways to enhance human being＇s cognition value to sustainable development of grassland ecosystem, grassland culture construction had the role substituting for environment capital of grassland resources.
