825例STD患者泌尿生殖道支原体感染分析

摘　　要：目的了解2005年至2007年宝安区STD门诊患者支原体感染情况及对11种抗生素的敏感性,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法采用支原体培养、鉴定、计数药敏一体化试剂盒对825例STD门诊患者进行支原体培养,并对阳性标本进行11种抗生素药敏试验。结果825例中支原体阳性712例,感染率为86.3%。解脲支原体(UU)、人型支原体(MH)及UU+MH混合感染的阳性率分别为70.2%(500),3.5%(25)及26.3%(187)。UU对11种抗生素敏感性最高的是美满霉素、阿奇霉素(均在80%以上);耐药性最高的为罗红霉素,其次是司帕沙星。MH对11种抗生素敏感性最高的是美满霉素、交沙霉素、强力霉素(均为90%以上);耐药性最高的为环丙沙星。结论目前治疗泌尿生殖道支原体感染的首选抗生素为美满霉素、交沙霉素、强力霉素。Objective To understand the myeoplasma culture and the analysis of drug susceptibility in outpatients with STD in Baoan. Methods Myeoplasma culture and the susceptibility of Myeoplasma to eleven kinds of antimierobial agents were performed in samples of 712 positive cases. Results Among the 712 samples ,the positive rate of Uu and Mh infection were 70. 2 % （500/712） and 3.5 % （25/712） repeetively. The highest susceptibility rate of Uu to eleven kinds of antimierobial agents was minoeyeline （90%） ,azithromyein （90%）. The highest susceptibility rate of Mh was minoeyeline （99.0 % ） , azithromyein（99.0% ）. Conclusions For the urogenital tract infection of myeoplasma in Baoan , minoeyeline or azithromyein is the first choice in treatment of Uu and Mh infection .
