酸脂清胶囊对尿酸盐结晶致急性痛风性关节炎IL-4的影响

摘　　要：目的:观测酸脂清胶囊对急性痛风性关节炎大鼠模型血清中IL-4(白介素-4)表达的影响。方法:采用Coderre方法造模建立急性痛风性关节炎大鼠模型,造模后分别于3h、6h、9h取血,应用Elisa法测定IL-4的含量。结果:中药组的IL-4表达明显高于西药组及模型组(P<0.05)。结论:酸脂清胶囊能明显促进急性痛风性关节炎大鼠模型血清中IL-4的表达,对急性痛风性关节炎具有良好的治疗作用。Objective： Effect of Suanzhiqing Capsule on the Interleukin-4 （IL-4） level was observed. Methods： IL-4 Content was determined by Elisa method, in blood serum collected at 3-,6-,9-hour interval from acute gouty arthritis rat model established by the Coderre Method. Results：The IL-4 level of Chinese materia medica group was significantly higher than that of biomedicine group and of model group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions： with an obvious increase of IL-4 expression, Suanzhiqing Capsule showed satisfactory therapeutic effect for acute gouty arthritis.
