摘　　要：2008年6月23日,经过历时半年多的艰苦谈判,作为国内钢铁企业代表的宝钢与澳大利亚主要铁矿石供应商力拓集团就2008财年度铁矿石长期协议矿价(离岸价)达成一致。2008年度力拓以及必拓公司的粉矿价格将在2007年的基础上上涨79.88%,而块矿价格将在2007年的基础上上涨96.5%……这只是工程机械制造相关材料上涨的一个缩影。实际上,2007年以来,国内机械工业相关生产资料价格都处于上涨状态,包括生产所需的油品、耗电、配套件等,管理成本和人力资源成本也是节节攀升。那么在这种情况下,中国工程机械产业将面临怎样的挑战?有哪些可以添补或降低生产成本所带来影响的措施?工程机械涨价能否获得工程机械终端用户的广泛理解?On June 23^(th),2008,after the arduous negotiations which last more than 6 months, BAOSTEEL,as the representative of domestic iron and steel enterprises,reached an agreement with Australia's major iorn ore supplier Rio Tinto Group on 2008 financial year iron ore long-term agreement ore price(FOB).The ore price of Rio Tinto and BHP Billiton in 2008 will increase about 79.88% than the price of 2007,while the lump ore price will raise about 96.5% than the same period of 2007. This is only a representative of the price increases of raw materials related to construction machinery manufacturing.In fact,the domestic machinery related material prices have been rising since 2007.Under the circumstance that world inflation can not be effectively controlled,nobody could stay clear from the rising of operating cost.What challenges will China machinery industry face?Which measures can be taken to make up for a deficiency or decrease the production cost?Could the price increase of the products be widely understood by customers?……All sorts of problems are set to machinery manufacturers,particular during fast development of the whole industry,cost rising offers a big challenge to machinery manufacturing.
