摘 要:百色水利枢纽主坝为全断面碾压混凝土重力坝,高130m。根据坝址岩基地质特点和地形情况,对主坝轴线作上线、中线、下线3个方案的比较,用平面有限元法分析表明,中线方案(坝踵和坝趾分别离上、下游蚀变带有一定距离)的坝体和地基应力分布最理想,另外,中线方案基础处理较简单、可靠,便于设置防渗帷幕,故主坝轴线布置选择中线方案。通过两种主坝剖面的比较研究,采用上游面直立,下游坡为1:0.8,基本三角形顶点高程为232m的剖面;稳定分析及试验分析结果表明,坝体和基础稳定安全系数均满足规范要求;应力分析表明,各坝块在各工况应力计算值也均满足规范要求,坝体可基本满足抗震强度要求。经过整体模型试验研究,百色主坝采用表孔宽尾墩-中孔跌流-底流消力池联合消能工方案。根据坝址地质情况、三向电阻网络渗流模型试验及平面渗流有限元分析结果,认为坝基降低扬压力措施应以排水为主,帷幕灌浆为辅,故坝基排水设计采取布置排水孔主孔1排、副孔2排,另设置主、副防渗帷幕各1排。The major dam of Baise project is a full section RCC gravity dam 130m in height. Based on the geologic features of foundation rock and topographic condition at the damsite, 3 alternatives (upper line, middle line and lower line) have been compared for the arrangement of dam axis. Analysis of flat finite element method shows that the alternative of middle line is the most ideal in stress distribution of the dam mass and its foundation. boldes, foundation treatment is simpler and more reliable and arrangement of impervious cul tains is easier. Hence the alternative of middle line is selected for the arrangement of the axis of the major dam. Two kinds of darn profiles have been compareal, and the one with vertical upstream face, the downstream slope 1: 0. 8 and the elevation of apex of basic triangle being 232m is selected. Stability analysis and experiments show that the dam mass and foundation meet the requirements of norm in factor of safely. Stress analysis shows that calculated values of stress of dam blocks for all behaviors are satisfied the requirements of the norm and the dam mass call meet the requirement in earthquake resistence. Through tests on comprehensive model, a joint energy dissipator scheme combining piers with surface outlet-drop by medium outlets-bettom flow stilling basin is selected for the major dam of Baise Baise Project . According to the geologic condition at damsite, 3-dimensional resistence network analog for seepage and flat finite element analysis for seepage, measures to reduce uplift pressure to the dam foundation should rely mainly on drainage with curtain grouting as subsidary. Thercfore, for the design of drainage for dam foundation, 1 row of main drain holes and 2 rows of supplementary drain holes are arrangede along with setting up1 row of main impervious curtain and 1 row of supplementary curtain in addition.
