摘　　要：对GCr15轴承钢在穿管酸洗过程中出现的耗酸过多、过酸及氧化铁皮不易脱落等腐蚀问题进行了分析和试验,得出铜元素含量是影响其耐蚀性能的主要原因。在此基础上提出在转炉钢中添加少量的铜,取得了良好效果。The analyses and testing on the corrosion problems like too much acid consumption during pickling, over-pickling and difficult falling off of scales indicated that the main cause to influence the corrosion resistance during the piercing of GCr15 bearing steel was the copper content. Some improvement measures were put forward and good effects have been obtained.
