摘　　要：热网智能终端是一种既具有流量仪表计量功能又具有无线通信、远程控制、不间断电源、仪表停机时刻记录等功能的计量设备。阐述了该终端的组成、功能特点及实现,利用该终端组建的热网远程监控系统具备了参数监测、自动报警、断线检测、计费管理等多种功能,保证了对蒸汽流量的公正计量,也为及时发现故障提供有效手段,避免供用双方计量纠纷。Intelligent terminal of the heat supply network is one kind of multifunctional metering equipment, The functions include flow measurement, wireless communication, remote control, UPS, and ON/OFF time recording, etc. The composition, functional characteristics, and implementation of this terminal are described. By composing this terminal, the remote supervisory system of the heat supply network features parameter monitoring, automatic alarm, line broken detection, and billing management, etc. , and ensures fair calculation of the steam flow. In addition, the system offers effective measures to find the malfunction in time and avoid measuring disputes between suppliers and users.
