摘  要:研究了电力市场下的梯级水电站的长期优化调度问题,建立了多发电主体梯级水电站优化调度模型.该模型通过调节上下游不同发电主体下电站的效益补偿,可以协调上下游不同发电主体的利益,保证总的梯级效益接近最优化.将建立的多目标调度模型用权重法转化为单目标求解,可获得不同权重组合下的一组非劣解集.同时还探讨了浮动上网电价对存在多发电主体情况下梯级效益的影响,梯级效益的变化趋势与枯水期电价上浮与丰水期下浮比例x/y有关,只有x/y足够大时,梯级总效益才会比电价不浮动时有所增加.The operation of cascade hydropower stations in electrical market in long-term period is optimized.A model of multiple power generation subjects taking charge of hydropower stations is proposed.The analysis results show that the model could compensate the upstream hydropower station from the downstream station′s interest,and coordinate the different power generation subjects in the river basin.The proposed model for multi-object optimization is able to convert to single object problem by weighting method,to solve the original problem and will gain a group of non-inferior solution with different weighting reform.Besides the analysis of the optimal operation model of multiple power generation subjects,paper also discusses the impact of fluctuate in net price to cascade hydropower stations.The benefit for cascade hydropower plants will change in relation with the proportion of price rising scale in dry season to price decreasing scale in flood season.The total benefit will increase certainly than pricing stable when the proportion equals to certain values.
