摘　　要：粮食深加工企业的循环冷却水富营养化严重,具备了所有适合菌藻生长繁殖的条件,普遍存在菌藻滋生问题。作者对一家玉米深加工企业的循环水系统黏泥污垢堵塞问题进行了分析,通过杀菌试验,提出了在线清洗及日常杀菌处理方案,解决了该系统菌藻滋生、黏泥堵塞管道及换热器的问题,保证了生产的正常运行。The nutrition enrichment situation of the circulating water in advanced grain process enterprises is very serious. It is suitable for the growth and reproduction of all kinds of funguses and algae. This problem has existed universally. The sludge congestion problem of the circulating water system in an advanced corn processing plant has been analyzed. Finally, through a series of sterilizing tests, the on-line cleaning and daily sterilizing treatment scheme are put forward. The problems, such as fungus and alga growth, sludge congestion of pipes and heat exchangers in that system have been solved. It ensures the running of normal production.
