摘　　要：随着中国—东盟经贸关系的发展和中国—东盟自由贸易区建设进程的推进,广西提出了建设"泛北部湾经济合作区"的战略构想。以泛北部湾经济合作区构建为背景,以桂林市为对象,针对桂林旅游业现状、与泛北部湾国家旅游关系现状、泛北部湾经济合作区发展前景,分析了泛北部湾经济合作区的构建对桂林旅游发展的影响,提出了桂林旅游应加快融入泛北部湾区域旅游合作的措施。With the development of China - ASEAN （Association of Southeast Asian Nations） economic and trade relations and the advance of the construction of the ASEAN Free Trade Area, Guangxi has proposed a of strategic cooperation plan for the establishment of a ＂pan -Beibu Bay economic cooperation zone＂. We would discuss the opportunities the implementation of the Pan - Beibu Bay economic zone cooperation strategy will bring to tourism in Guilin, which is right adjacent to the Pan - Beibu Bay. In view of the current state of Guilin＇ s tourist industry and the tourist cooperation among the the Pan - Beibu Bay countries and the prospect of the region＇ s cooperation, we analyze the effect on Guilin＇ s progress of tourism caused by the construction of pan - Beibu Bay economic cooperation zone, then propose to a series of measure that accelerate Guilin＇ s participating in the regional tourism - cooperation in the Pan- Beibu Bay.
