摘 要:国家体育场是2008年北京第29届奥运会的主体育场,其屋盖钢结构跨度大,覆盖面积也大,受力非常复杂。为了配合钢结构合龙、卸载和应力监测,专门开发研制了基于无线数据采集与传输的温度监测系统。该系统主要由传感器子系统、无线数据采集与传输子系统和数据管理与分析子系统组成。其最大的特点是不用现场布线,所有指令和采集到的温度数据都通过无线数字信号进行传输,最大限度地降低了监测与现场施工的相互影响。该系统在国家体育场钢结构卸载时的温度场监测中得到有效验证,可推广应用到其他大型钢结构的温度监测。The National Stadium is the main stadium conducting the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games. The super long span steel structure covers large area and bears complex loads. To cooperate with the healing, the unloading and the stress monitoring of the steel structure, a Temperature Monitoring System (TMS) based on wireless data acquisition and transmission platform was specially designed, which included sensor subsystem, wireless data acquisition and transmission subsystem, data management and analysis subsystem. The wireless feature is the most advantage of TMS. All instructions and acquired data were transported through wireless data signal, which could avoid the interaction between the TMS installation and the steel structure construction. The TMS was validated effectively in the unloading of steel structure of the National Stadium and could be extended to the temperature monitoring of other similar large structures.
