摘 要:在三碘季胺酚制动下,对39只清醒麻痹的家兔进行实验,探讨隔核对海马痛单位的作用及其可能机制。结果发现,海马的痛单位占引导总数的28.37%,其中以痛兴奋单位为主(占痛单位的70.34%)。海马有80.51%的痛单位对刺激隔核起反应,含痛兴奋性神经元(PEN)71个,痛抑制性神经元(PIN)24个。其中受隔核影响出现减频反应的海马痛单位有72个,占75.79%,含PEN61个,PIN11个;受隔核影响出现增频反应的海马痛单位有23个,占24.21%,含PEN10个,PIN13个。脑室注射阿托品或氟哌啶醇均可阻断刺激隔核对海马的影响效应。提示:隔核参与对海马痛单位的调制;刺激隔核对海马痛单位以抑制性调制为主,并主要作用于PEN;乙酰胆碱、多巴胺及相应的受体可能参与其调制。Microelectrode recording method was used to investigate the effect of stimulating septal nucleus (SN) on pain neurons of hippocampus (HPC) in conscious but movement inhibited rabbitsResults:The pain units of HPC amounted to 2827% of the total number of the recorded neurons8051% of these pain units responded to SN stimulation,of which 72 were pain excitory neurons (PEN) and 24 were pain inhibitory neurons(PIN)When SN was stimulated,the electric discharge frequency of 72 HPC pain units(61 PEN and 11 PIN) was decreased (7579%)On the other hand,the electric discharge frequency of 23 HPC pain units (10 PEN and 13 PIN) was increased (2421%)Intracerebroventricular injection of atropine or haloperidol blocked the response of the pain units to SN stimulationThe results suggest that SN takes part in the modulation of the pain units of HPCStimulation of SN produces mainly inhibitory modulation effect on HPC pain units,and affects mainly the pain excitory neuronsAcetylcholine,dopamine and their receptors might be involved in such modulating mechanism
