糖尿病患者胃轻瘫及胃动素浓度的检测分析

摘　　要：为了解糖尿病患者血糖控制不良时胃动素（ＭＴＬ）分泌及胃轻瘫的情况，对５６例糖尿病人进行检测，结果显示。糖尿病人ＭＴＬ浓度较正常人明显升高（Ｐ＜０．０１）。植物神经损伤时升高更甚（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示高血糖与ＭＴＬ浓度的升高及胃轻瘫有关。胃轻瘫缓解前后ＭＴＬ浓度无明显变化（Ｐ＞０．０５），证明药物对胃轻瘫缓解与ＭＴＬ浓度无关。提出糖尿病患者胃轻瘫时控制高血糖宜在使用降糖药同时合用胃动力促进剂。In order to reveal the state of motilin secretion and gastroparesis in diabetes mellitus patients with dysfunction of blood glucose control,56 diabetic patients were examined.Results:The motilin (MTL) levels of the diabetic patients were higher than those of the control group (P<001),and were much higher in patients with diabetic autonomic neuropathy(P<001).The results indicate that hyperglycemia was related to the elevated MTL levels and diabetic gastroparesis.There were no significant changes in the concentrations of MTL before and after the remission of gastroparesis(P>005).Thus,the cocentrations of MTL had nothing to do with the druginduced remission of gastroparesis.In conclusion,in the treatment of hyperglycemia of diabetic patients with gastroparesis,it is better to use blood glucose lowering drugs in combination with gastrodynamic enhancing agents.
