山东省女子沙滩排球后备力量培养现状及对策研究

摘　　要：通过山东女子沙滩排球后备力量培养现状的调查,对如何利用山东省优势条件,如何促进我省沙滩排球的发展,提高女子沙滩排球运动的竞争力进行研究。认为山东省有得天独厚的发展沙滩排球运动的区位优势和人文环境优势。发展的关键是建立合理的沙滩排球训练体系,形成人才培养的良性循环体制,提高教练员队伍整体素质。Through investigating on reserved cultivation condition of woman beach volleyball in Shandong, this paper studies the feasibility of how to use the Shandong Province superiority condition, how to promote our beach volleyball development and enhance the competitiveness. The author thinks that Shandong Province has the advantageous development of geographical superiority and the humanities environment superiority. The key is to establish reasonable beach volleyball training system, form the talented reserved system and improve the quality of coach team.
