摘　　要：在总结当今国内足球训练中常用的身体训练方法的基础上结合荷兰讲师讲的:"足球训练就是身体训练。"探讨足球比赛的构成要素在身体训练中的作用,并指出了身体训练在足球训练中的实现途径。Based on summary of currem domestic football training as physical training method and combining with Dutch lecturer＇s idea of football training as physical training, this paper discusses the function of composing factors in football match on physical training and points out the way of physical training in football training.
