摘　　要：运用文献资料法、问卷调查法等研究方法,以武汉市城区参加体育锻炼的老年人为研究对象,对他们的锻炼动机、项目选择、地点选择、平均年龄等问题进行了调查与分析。在此基础上提出几点建议,为发展武汉市老年人体育活动提供参考。Through using the method of literature and questionnaire, and taking the urban elder people physical exercise as research subject, this paper investigates and analyzes their motivation of the exercise, event selection, site selection and the average age. Based on it, some suggestions for elder people＇ s physical exercises development are put forward.
