摘　　要：图书馆精神是图书馆的灵魂和精髓,是图书馆员精神风貌的浓缩,是图书馆事业整体发展与形象塑造的内在动力和激励因素。新时期年轻馆员应该积极发扬图书馆人的敬业精神、奉献精神、科学精神、创新精神、团队精神、开放共享精神等,推动图书馆事业向前发展。Library spirit is the soul and essence of library, the concentrated embodiment of librarians＇ mental outlook, the internal driving force and impelling factor for the development of librarianship. Young librarians should carry forward the hard - working, dedicating, scientific, innovative, corporative, open and sharing spirits to promote the development of librarianship.
