摘　　要：结合部分高校图书馆现行的规章制度,从借阅权限分配、规章制度用语、图书馆与读者权利及义务的体现等方面对高校图书馆规章制度存在的不足进行了探讨,并提出了相应的改进措施。Problems such as assignment of lending limits of authority, terms used in rules and regulations, rights and obligations of libraries and readers included in the rules and regulations of academic libraries, were analyzed. Countermeasures were suggested for the solution of such problems.
