摘  要:目的探讨植物神经功能与急性心肌梗塞(AMI)的关系。方法用5min节段采样分析的心率功率谱检查方法测定了40例AMI患者(AMI组)和41例正常对照者(对照组)的植物神经功能。结果AMI组较对照组高频峰(HFP)降低(P<0.01),低频峰(LFP)/HFP增高(P<0.01);且于AMI后3月时HFP仍不能恢复正常;前壁AMI患者HFP降低明显(P<0.01),LHP/HFP高于非前壁梗塞者(P<0.01)。结论AMI患者迷走神经功能受损,植物神经功能失调,并且前壁AMI迷走神经活性低于下、后壁AMI患者,AMI后迷走神经功能短时间内不能恢复正常,很可能是永久性损害。Objective To study the relation of the autonomic nervous activity and acute myocardial infarction.Method The autonomic nervous activity in patients with actue myocardial infarction(AMI) and normal subjects were studied with heart power spectral analysis.Result [WT5BZ〗The patients with AMI had much lower high frequency power (HFP),higher the ratio of low frequency power to high frequency power (LFP/HFP) compared to normal subjects (both P<001).HFP cannot recover completely in two weeks and 2~3 months after AMI.HFP is lower and LFP/HFP higher in patients with anterior AMI than non-anterior AMI (both P<001).Conclusion Vagal activity is decreased and cardiac autonomic nervous system is disorder in patients with AMI.Decreased vagal activity is associated with infarct site.Vagal activity may be damaged forever.
