摘　　要：单位犯罪是刑事犯罪侦查中的难点,本文总结近年来单位犯罪理论研究成果与侦查实践经验,提出了六方面单位犯罪的侦查要点,同时指出了侦查中应当注意的三个问题。The unit crime is the difficulty in a criminal detection. The paper concluded the theoretical research results and practical experience in the detection of the unit crimes in recent years, raised six areas of detection points in unit crimes, and noted the three issues should pay attention to in the detection.
