摘　　要：本文通过对涉法上访形成的原因、反映的主要问题和主要特点进行分析,阐明检察机关建立预防和处理涉法上访工作机制必要性、可行性,提出了建立预防和处理涉法上访问题的工作机制。The paper analyzed the causes, the main features and the main issues reflected in the law-related visit, clarified the necessity and feasibility of establishing the mechanisms to prevent and deal with the law-related visit for the procuratorial organs and proposed to establish the mechanisms to prevent and deal with the law-related visit.
