摘　　要：文科高职教育的瓶颈问题集中体现在实训环节的开展和收效上。如何开展实训设计、引导学生参与实训并在实训环节中获益,是我们力争有所突破的努力方向。在高职学生现有生源特点的基础上,根据人才培养目标和专业课程的教学要求,开展了一系列的教改尝试并取得了一定的成果。The bottlenecks of the higher vocational art education concentrated on the development and the results of the practical training session. How to design the training and guide students to participate in training and get benefit from training sessions is the direction that we strive to achieve a breakthrough. On the basis of characteristics of the existing vocational students, according to the goal of personnel training and teaching requirements of professional courses, we launched a series of education reform and achieved a certain outcome.
