摘　　要：本文从我国第三方物流的特点出发,基于流程导向型组织变革的理论,结合流程导向型组织的特点及其适用条件,提出了针对我国第三方物流企业的流程导向型组织设计模型,并探讨了怎样从职能导向型组织结构向流程导向型组织结构转变。Based on the theory of process-oriented organization innovation and the feature of the third-party logistics in our country, this paper combines the characteristics of process-oriented organization and its applicability, brings forward a model of process-oriented organization structure of the third-party logistics, and makes an exploratory research on how to make the change from function-oriented organization structure into process-oriented one happen.
