徽州文化视野下的乡村治理——以绩溪宅坦村为例

摘　　要：乡村治理的状况如何关乎转型期农民问题的解决。文章以安徽绩溪县宅坦村为例,考察了该村的乡村治理现状及其特点,认为它由于有传统文化的支撑才得以呈现出比较理想的状态,因而我国的乡村治理不能忽视对传统文化资源的继承。The condition of the countryside governance is crucial to the solving of the problems in rural areas in a period of social transformation in China. This article is based on the case study of Zhaitan Village, Jixi County. After an investigation of the present situation of the management of this village, the author believes that it is because of the traditional culture＇s bracing that this village is in a quite good condition now. Therefore the article concludes that we should not neglect to inherit our traditional culture in the countryside governance in China.
