摘  要:目的探讨未成熟网织红细胞参数(IRF)、MCV/RDW及骨髓检查联合检测在贫血诊断中的应用价值。方法采用日本SysmexXE-2100全自动血细胞分析仪测定RET及MCV/RDW,由骨髓室的工作人员对骨髓进行分析并作铁染色,对结果作相关统计学分析。结果各组贫血的RET和IRF均高于正常对照组,但IDA和HA组更明显;与正常对照组相比,IDA和MA组MCV/RDW差异更显著;骨髓粒红比HA组与正常参考值相比有显著差异;骨髓铁染色与正常参考值相比,IDA有显著差异。结论RET/IRF、MCV/RDW与骨髓检查联合分析对贫血的鉴别诊断有重要临床价值。Objective to investigate the application value of combined detection of REr(reticulocyte)/IRF(immature reticulocyte fraction),MCV(mean corpuscular volume)/RDW(red blood cell volume distribution width) and bone marrow on patients with anemia.Methods RET and MCV/RDW values were measured by Sysmex X.F^2100 fullautomatic blood cell analyzer,detections of bone marrow and Prussian blue staining were performed by professional staffs. Results RET and IRF in anemia groups were trigher than those in control group, especially in IDA(iron deficiency anemia) and HA(hemolytic anemia) groups. Compared with control group,MCV/RDW values were markedly different in IDA and HA groups,and the rate of granule/red of bone marrow in HA group was remarkably different. The result of Prussian blue staining of bone marrow showed that there was significantly different between IDA group and control group. Conclusion Combined detections of RET/IRF, MCV/RDW and bone marrow are important to differential diagnosis of anemia.
