摘　　要：目的探讨HBsAg阳性患者体内乙型肝炎病毒表面大蛋白(LHBs)水平变化及其临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)对1066例HBsAg阳性血清标本进行LHBs检测,全自动生化分析仪检测ALT。结果①与正常对照组比较,HBsAg(+)HBeAg(+)、HBsAg(+)HBcAb(+)、HBsAg(+)HBeAg(+)HBcAb(+)、HBsAg(+)HBeAb(+)HBcAb(+)、HBsAg(+)HBsAb(+)HBeAg(+)HBcAb(+)组LHBs含量均显著升高(P<0.05);②708份LHBs阳性血清ALT与358例阴性组比较,两者有显著性差异(t=2.095,P<0.05)。结论定量检测LHBs有助于了解HBsAg阳性患者的疾病活动状态。Objective To review the clinical value of hepatitis B virus large surface protein（LHBs） in patients with HBsAg-posi- five blood.Methods Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay（ELISA） methods were used to examine the LHBs and an automated biochemistry analyzer were used to detect the level of alanine aminotransferase was obtained of 1 066 HBsAg-positive serum samples. Resuits ①Compared with normal controls,the LHBs level was significantly higher in HBsAg（ ＋ ）HBeAg（ ＋ ）,HBsAg（ ＋ ）HBeAb（ ＋ ）, HBsAg（ ＋ ）HBeAg（ ＋ ）HBcAb（ ＋ ）,HBsAg（ ＋ ）HBeAb（ ＋ ） HBcAb（ ＋ ）, HBsAg（ ＋ ） HBsAb（ ＋ ） HBeAg（ ＋ ） HBcAb（ ＋ ） groups （ P 〈 0.05） ;②The average level of ALT in LHBs-positive patients was higher than that of H-IBs-negative ones（ t = 2.095,P 〈0.05）. ③Semm LHBs levels were correlated with the serum ALT levels （P 〈 0.001）. Conclusion Our results demonstrated that the quantitative detecting of serum LHBs might be helpful to estimate the activity state of patients with with HBsAg-positive blood.
