肾图检查对早期肾功能衰竭的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨肾图检查对早期肾功能衰竭的临床诊断意义。方法采用131碘-邻碘马尿酸钠(131I-OIH)做示踪剂,对2000年10月至2006年5月间我院的96例患者和19例正常人进行肾图检查,并对96例患者做血清肌酐、尿素氮、尿及血清微球蛋白(β2-MG)检查。结果肾图对早期肾功能衰竭快速分型诊断,对临床治疗非常重要,尤是肾前性;肾图、β2-MG判断肾小球滤过功能优于血清肌酐、尿素氮,能够发现血清肌酐、尿素氮的盲区。结论肾图检查可作为早期肾功能衰竭的重要诊断指标,对预后评价也有很高的参考价值。Objective To investigate the clinical diagnosis meaning of nephrogram examination for the early renal failure. Methods 96 patients and 19 health adults took a nephrogram examination and used ^131 I-OIH as labelled compound who had been in hospital from October of two thousand year to May of two thousand and six year,and 96 patients were detected serum creatinine,urea nitro- gen and urine or serun β2- MG. Results The nephrogram can grouping diagnose the early renal failure quickly, it is very important for the clinical treatment, especially the prerenal. Nephrogram and β2-MG is better than creatinine and urea nitrogen to judge the glomerular filtration function, can find the blind area of them. Conclusion Nephrogram examination can be looked as a important diadynamic criteria for the the early renal failure, and has a higher reference value of prognostic evaluation.
