摘 要:由于弱耦合要求和基片尺寸限制,相对带宽小于0.5%的UHF低频段(~500MHz)窄带高温超导滤波器一直是滤波器设计制作中的难点.本文应用双螺旋弱耦合谐振器设计制作了中心频率为500MHz,相对带宽为0.4%的窄带高温超导滤波器.通过采用80m微带线宽工艺,六节滤波器尺寸仅为28mm 8mm.测量结果表明,未经调谐,通带内最小和最大插损分别为0.12dB、0.46dB,反射损耗小于-13.9dB;带边陡峭度为34dB/MHz,带外抑制为70dB.设计及测试结果表明,双螺旋谐振器比较适用于低频窄带滤波器的设计.Due to the requirement of weak coupling and the substrate size limitation, it is still difficult to design and fabricate high temperature superconducting (HTS) filter with a fractional bandwidth narrower than 0. 5% at ultra high frequency (UHF) band. Using the twin - spiral resonators, in this paper, we have presented the design and performance of a 6-pole HTS filter centered at 500 MHZ with a 0. 4% bandwidth. With the 80 m-microstrip-width technology, the filter pattern size is only 28 mm 8 mm. The measurements show that the minimum and maximum insertion losses are 0. 12 dB, 0. 46 dB, respectively. The return loss is better than - 13. 9 dB, and the out-of-band rejection is 70 dB. Therefore, it is indicated that twin-spiral resonator with 80 m-microstrip-width is suitable to design narrow band HTS filter at low frequency side of UHF band.
