摘 要:采用传统的固相烧结工艺,制备了La0.75Ca0.25Mn1-xCrxO3(x=0,0.02,0.05,0.1)陶瓷样品,用X射线衍射对其微结构进行了分析,并测量了样品的铁磁性能.X射线谱显示样品为四方系晶体.ESR表明掺杂对样品朗德因子g几乎没有影响,而且样品总磁偶极矩的绝大部分是由自旋磁偶极矩贡献的.磁化曲线显示样品存在明显的自旋倾斜态,而掺杂可以削弱甚至破坏样品的自旋倾斜;样品热磁曲线表明,B位高掺杂导致样品晶格畸变从而使得样品磁化强度减小.La0.75Ca0.25Mn1-xCxO3(x =0,0.02,0.05,0.1 ) ceramic samples are prepared by the conventional solid-state reaction method. The microstructure is analyzed by X-ray diffraction, and we measured its magnetic property. The X-ray diffraction shows that the sample has a tetragonal preovskite structure. The ESR indicates that doping has no effect on the value of Lande factor, and the majority of the overall magnetic dipole moment is determined by the spin magnetic dipole moment. The magnetization curves reveal that the sample has the spin canting state, and doping can weaken or destroy this state. The M- T curves prove that high doping in B site can lead to the distortion of lattice, which reduces the magnetization.
