摘　　要：首先对项目管理绩效进行了分析与界定,在此基础上提出了"过程-内容分解+Delphi法"的指标体系两阶段构建方法,以期对我国公共项目管理绩效的持续改善起到一定的指导作用。In this paper, the conception of project management performance is analyzed and defined, and then a method which has two phases and uses Process - Content Breakdown and Delphi method respectively is presented in order to make for the continuous performance improvement of public project management in our country
