摘　　要：宝珠寺水电站混凝土工程自开工以来，不断优化施工设计，推广应用新技术、新工艺，加快了施工进度，现工程施工正按总进度要求顺利实施。本文主要介绍工程概况，施工布置，大坝与厂房混凝土施工。Since the Concreting had started at Baozhusi hydropower station,construction design has been optimized,new technology and techniques has been spread and used,construction advances has accelerated. At present,project construction is going on smoothly according to general construction schedule. General conditions of project,construction plan,concreting at dam and powerhouse are mainly introduced in this paper.
