摘　　要：项目管理是把知识、技能、工具和技术应用于项目的活动,以满足项目的需要。病人的诊治符合项目的定义,把病人的诊治当做一个项目来运作,引入美国项目管理协会(Project Management Institute,PMI)的项目管理知识体系,提供一整套针对病人诊治过程管理实施办法及相应的文档文件模版,将对病人的诊治过程起到变革的作用,使这一过程更加科学,避免医疗事故,减少费用,进一步提高诊治效率和效果。A project is a temporary endeavor undertaken to create a unique product,service,or result.Project management is the application of knowledge,skills,tools and techniques to project activities to meet project requirements.The patient diagnosis and treatment is fully satisfied with the project definition above. A new concept of patient diagnosis and treatment as a project is mentioned in this paper. Based on this concept,the application of PMBOK in the management of patient diagnosis and treatment is studied.The management processes of patient diagnosis and treatment is investigated according to the PMBOK to make the processes more scientific,and avoid incidents,reduce costs,correctly handle the relationship between patients and hospitals,further enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of diagnosis and treatment.
