摘  要:斜槽可以削弱由齿谐波引起的附加转矩及噪声,但同时也对电机的性能产生了一定的影响。利用磁路和有限元的计算方法,计算了不同斜槽宽度、不同非均匀气隙情况下电机的空载电势、短路电流、输出功率、电机效率、齿槽转矩、电势波形正弦畸变率等参数;分析了这些参数的变化趋势;研究了产生这些区别的原因,得出了一些实用结论。Proper skew width can weaken affixation torque and noise caused by tooth harmonics.But at the same time, skew width may also have some influence on machine's performance. Using calculating method of magnetics circuit and finite element, some parameters of the permanent magnet synchronous machine(PMSM), such as no-load electric potential, short circuit current, output power, efficiency, cogging torque, THD of induced voltage were calculated at different skew width and non-uniform air-gap; the trend of the parameters were analyzed; reasons for the difference were investigated. Finally, some utility conclusions were obtained.
