摘　　要：目的建立血站抗-HIV试剂室内确认品(以下简称确认品),用于常规试剂质量控制,保证血液检测质量。方法应用ELISA及Westblot方法对北京市血液中心1997-2004年检出的抗-HIV阳性样品进行HIV-Ab检测,双孔复试,并用Westblot进行确认。根据检测结果,依据血清盘设置的基本要求,建立抗-HIV试剂确认品,并用于常规试剂质量控制检测工作。结果得到40份确认品,其中阴性标本20份,阳性标本19份,弱阳性标本1份。结论选择建立的抗-HIV试剂确认品用于常规HIV-AbEIA试剂的质控抽检。Objective To establish HIV internal quality control serum panel in order to moniter routine reagent quality control testing and to ensure blood testing quality. Methods ELISA and Western blot method were used to detect HIV-antibody of 40 blood samples contained in the blood bank. Results There were 20 negetive samples, 19 positive samples and one weak-positive sample in the 40 samples. Conclusions It＇s very important to select suitable internal quality control serum for improving the sensitivity and specificity of HIV antibody diagnostic kit.
