摘　　要：目的研究在医院压力管理中推行EAP计划的效果。方法为自愿接受EAP的医护人员提供服务,采用测量工具对干预人群做前后测调查并对结果进行对比分析。结果EAP实施后医护人员生活质量及工作满意度有所改善。结论EAP计划的推广和实施,有利于减轻医护人员的压力,改善职业倦怠的状况,提高生活质量和工作满意度。Objective To explore the effect of the EAP plan for the stress management in the hospitals. Methods Provide services for the medical personnel who accept the EAP services voluntarily. The intervened staffs were investigated by the measurement tools before and after the intervention. The results were processed by contrastive analysis. Results There is an improvement of the life quality and the job satisfaction of the medical personnel who accept EAP. Conclusion Promotion and implementation of the EAP can alleviate the pressure on medical staff, mend their situation of job burnout and improve their quality of life and the job satisfaction.
