摘  要:通过SEM观察发现,未漂竹浆抄成的纸张,暴露于表面的长纤维较少,纤维形状扁平,纤维之间空隙很少。经氧脱木素后,纸张表面细小纤维减少,纤维间空隙较多,而经二氧化氯漂白后,纸张表面保留了一部分形态扁平的纤维,纤维间空隙相对较少;未漂浆纤维较粗,纤维表面光滑,结构密实,而经氧脱木素后,纤维变细,纤维表面轻微帚化,结构较疏松。浆料经CEH漂白后纤维受到较大程度的破坏,而经OQP和DQP漂白后,纤维也受到一定程度的破坏,但相对较小,两者相比较,DQP漂白浆的纤维完整性保持较好。FT-IR分析表明,随着漂白的进行,木素结构中苯环的特征峰逐渐减弱以至消失,羰基等发色基团也逐步减少,纸浆白度提高。SEM observation of the sheet manufactured with bamboo unbleached pulp revealed that less long fibers were exposed on the sheet surface, most of the fibers were fiat, and there were less interspaces among the fibers. The amount of the fines on the sheet surface decreased and the interspaces among the fibers increased after oxygen delignification of the pulp. A part of the fiat fibers remained on the sheet surface and the interspaces among the fibers decreased after chlorine dioxide bleaching. The fibers of bamboo unbleached pulps were thick, the fiber surface was smooth, and the fiber structure was dense. After oxygen delignification and chlorine dioxide bleaching, the fibers became much more thiner, the fiber surface was slightly fibrillated, and the fiber structure was loosen. The fibers of CEH bleached pulp were damaged obviously, but the fibers of OQP and DQP bleached pulps were damaged slightly, the fibers of DQP bleached pulps remained intact. FTIR spectram analysis of the bleached pulps showed that with proceeding of pulp bleaching, the absorption peak of benzene ring in lignin structure gradually decreased and then eliminated. Chromophoric groups including carbonyl groups gradually decreased.
