摘  要:综述了3种木素制备碳纤维的研究进展。由蒸汽爆破法、乙酸溶剂法和硫酸盐法制浆过程分离得到的木素原料,经过预处理和热处理成为具有熔黏性的木素沥青材料,再经纺丝、热稳定和炭化等一系列加工后得到木素基碳纤维,其抗张强度在300~700 MPa之间,可归属于通用级别。将硫酸盐木素与适当的合成聚合物混合可改善所制备复合碳纤维的机械性能。Due to the abundance and unique structure lignin becomes the most extensive potential raw material for the manufacture of carbon fibers which is one of the ways for the high-value utilization oflignin, In this paper, research progress of producing carbon fiber from 3 lignin origins was reviewed. The lignins from steam-exploding pulping, organic solvent pulping and kraft pulping were comuted to be the molten viscous lignin-pitch by pretreament and simple thermal treatment. Then the lignin-based carbon fibers(LCF) were prepared through a serial processes of melt spinning, thermal stabilization and carbonization. The tensile strength of LCF varies between 300-700MPa, classified as the common grade. Blending kraft lignin with suitable synthetic polymers can improve the mechanical properties of the composite carbon fibers.
