摘  要:对天然硬石膏的水化过程、硬化体微结构和强度、液相离子浓度与二水石膏析晶过饱和度进行了研究,对其水化硬化机理进行了分析。天然硬石膏凝结硬化缓慢、水化率低、二水石膏晶体粗大、硬化体强度低。硬石膏水化过程为硬石膏溶解、二水石膏晶核形成与溶解、二水石膏晶体生长。二水石膏晶体生长是硬石膏水化硬化的关键过程;硫酸盐促使天然硬石膏的水化硬化的内在原因在于硫酸盐提高了二水石膏析晶过饱和度,加速了二水石膏晶体成核和生长速率。Study on hydrate process and SEM and intensity of hardened natural anhydrite, and ionic concentration of liquid phase, and crystal degree of superaturation of dihydrate gypsum, and also analyse the hydro-harden mechanism of anhydrite. Setting and hardening is slow, and hydration is low and crystal ofdihydrate gypsum is crassitude and intensity of hardened anhydrite is low. Solution of anhydrite, and nucleus crystal formation and solution of dihydrate gypsum, and crystal growth of dihydrate gypsum are the three parts of hydrate process of anhydrite. Crystal growth of gypsum is the key process of hydration and hardening. The reason of sulfate accelerating hydration and hardening of anhydrite is that sulfate increasing degree of superaturation of dihydrate gypsum, and accelerating nucleus crystal formation and crystal growth of dihydrate gypsum.
