摘 要:以可膨胀石墨、膨胀石墨和高密度聚乙烯为原材料,在二甲苯溶剂中制备了聚乙烯/可膨胀石墨和聚乙烯/膨胀石墨复合材料。扫描电镜显示,聚乙烯已包覆在可膨胀石墨和膨胀石墨上,傅立叶红外光谱分析确认了包覆在可膨胀石墨和膨胀石墨上的高分子为聚乙烯分子。该法利用可膨胀石墨和膨胀石墨的导电性能改善不导电的聚乙烯,并且成功地制备出具有防静电性能的聚乙烯/石墨复合新材料。The polyethylene/graphite composites were prepared by high density polyethylene and expandable graphite or expanded graphite in dimethylbenzene solvent. Scan electron microscope (SEM) exhibited that polyethylene had covered on expandable graphite and expanded graphite. It had been affirmed that polymer molecules on expandable graphite and expanded graphite were polyethylene molecule by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectrum. The method had a great application worth in which the electric property of expandable graphite and expanded graphite was applied to improve non-electric polyethylene, and a new polyethylene/graphite composites whilch possessed the antistatic property had been prepared successfully.
