摘  要:用原位聚合法在凹凸棒土(ATP)的表面包覆上HCl掺杂的聚苯胺(PANI),合成了盐酸掺杂PANI/ATP纳米复合材料。研究了聚合温度、苯胺包覆率、聚合时间和过硫酸铵(APS)用量对复合材料体积电阻率的影响。结果表明:在苯胺包覆率为30%、聚合温度为20℃、聚合时间为4h、干燥时间为2.5h和n(HCl)∶n(APS)∶n(An)=11.63∶1.08∶1的条件下,复合材料的体积电阻率可达2.5Ω·cm。并通过TG-DTA、XRD、FTIR对该条件下制备的纳米复合材料进行了表征。The surface of attapulgite(ATP) was coated with the PANI which doped with Hydrochloric acid to synthesize the HCI-PANI/ATP nanocomposites by in-situ polymerization method. The effects of the polymerization temperature,the covering ratio of aniline,the polymerization time and the amount of Ammonium persulfate(APS) on the volume resistivity were studied. The result indicated that when the covering ratio of aniline was 30%, the polymerization temperature was 20℃, the polymerization time was 4h, the drying time was 2-5h, the molar ratio of HCI, APS and Aniline was 11,63 : 1.08 : 1, the volume resistivity of nanocomposites could reach to 2,592-cm, And the nanocomposites prepared on this condition was characterized by TG-DTA,XRD and FTIR.
