摘 要:通常使用低中碳调质处理钢生产均质中厚度装甲铸钢炮塔和装甲板,具有良好的韧性和抗弹性能。低碳低合金M-B型高强钢具有回火板条马氏体组织,以及高硬度和高淬透性,低碳马氏体钢在具有与低中碳回火索氏体组织钢相等的韧性(αk、5δ、ψ)和断裂韧性(KIC)情况下,其强度极限(σb)可较调质钢提高294~392MPa,从而使钢的抗弹性能相应地提高。依据装甲钢验收质量标准,对调质钢和低碳马氏体钢的性能和断口组织进行评论和对比,并着重强调了钢质纯洁性和淬透性是上述两种合金钢在各自硬度范围内获得最佳综合物理力学性能和抗弹性能的前提条件,也是生产均质装甲钢的关键性能。认为均质厚装甲采用低碳M-B型高锰钢制造是合理的新途径。The low-medium carbon hardened and tempered armor steel plate or casting gun turret would have optimal toughness and bullet-proof property with medium hardness, low carbon low alloy M-B high strength steels with tempered laminated martensite, would also have high hardness and hardenability. Compared with the two steels mentioned above, with equivalent normal toughness and fracture toughness, the strength (σb) of the low carbon martensite steels is 294 - 392MPa higher than the former and thus enhanced its bullet-proof features. According to the acceptance quality level of armor steel, reviews and comparisons on the properties and fracture formation of hardened-tempered steels and low carbon martensite steels were performed. The key issues of purity and hardenability in the homogeneous armor steels were emphasized. For the two above mentioned steels, it was proven that high purity and hardenability were prerequisites for both optimal mechanical-physical and bullet-proof properties under their corresponding hardness. It was a reasonable way to manufacture homogeneous armor steel plate with low carbon low alloy M-B high strength steels.
