从亚洲“四小龙”看长三角高等教育与经济协调发展的策略

摘　　要：在综述亚洲"四小龙"高等教育与经济发展经验的基础上,通过对1999～2003年"长三角地区"的"上海市、江苏省、浙江省"的主要高等教育规模与经济发展指标的数据统计,采用高等教育规模与经济发展指标值增长率、指标值年均平均值排名分析法及相应主要指标值平均排名差值分析法等研究方法,分析长三角地区高等教育与经济发展的速度、水平及其协调性状况,并就使二者协调发展的对策措施进行了探讨。Based on the review of development experience of higher education and economy of ＂Four Little Dragons＂ in Asia, this paper adopts the ranking analysis of the higher education scale, the growth rate of economic development index and the annual average index as well as average ranking difference analysis of main indexes to illustrate the current status of higher education and economy in Yangtze River delta in terms of speed , standard and coordination , and also explores on the strategies to improve the coordinated development of them.
